  • Tags attached: All original tags must still be attached
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • No damage: Items must be free from any damage, stains, or odors
  • Proof of purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse

📦 How to Return

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate (optional, with 10% bonus)

Refund Amount:

  • Full item price for returns in perfect condition
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (except for our errors or defective items)

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges: Different size of the same item
  • Color exchanges: Different color of the same item (if available)

Quick Exchange Program: For faster service, we can send your replacement item before receiving your return. A hold will be placed on your payment method until we receive the original item.
